Oversight of all Community Health and Diabetes Program projects ensuring that conceptualization, design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of project activities are carried out in accordance with grant guidelines, policies and procedures of Redding Rancheria Tribal Health Center and Indian Health Services standards of care.

Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Relevant health care education and/or experience as outlined in SDPI Funding Opportunity Description.
  • Certified Diabetes Educator national credentialing preferred
  • Experience with program management and grants program management, including skills in program coordination, budgeting, reporting and supervision of staff
  • Working knowledge of diabetes
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Indian preference
  • Must be fingerprinted and pass background check
